Flax Seed. Have You Had Yours Today?

Our nutrients need to come from the whole foods we eat, not a tablet.    Flaxseed is an abundant source of the omega-3 fats we need to prevent and reverse heart disease.  Two tablesspoons every day.  No exceptions.  Grind your own whole seeds in your coffee grinder and put it in your oatmeal or a green smoothie.
