          Strategic Boot Camps. A Revolutionary, Multidisciplinary Approach 
          to Achieving Optimal Health

          Unlike fad diets or lose-weight quick schemes, Strategic Wellness is a full-fledged lifestyle transformation opportunity.  We  believe in taking the entirety of your wellness into account  by attacking your health issues at the core:  Your beliefs and your daily choices!

          We go beyond providing strenuous exercise and merely handing you a meal plan;  we de-mystify exercise and nutritional science and teach you WHY you should exercise and eat in specific ways that support your goals.

          Our goal is to consolidate all of the components that you need for health and wellness into one powerful, affordable and time-efficient “program”.

          Although we want you to stay with us indefinitely because you love our supportive environment, program design, incredible results and cost efficiency, our bottom line desire is to empower you to LEAVE your experience with us confident that you know how to properly manage your health and influence the lives of others.

          Program Overview


          1.  Resistance Training:
          We will treat you to an intense, but do-able weight training program three days a week utilizing the rapid fat burning method of High Intensity Training that will help you attain the body composition you desire.

          Our tools include but are not limited to weights, suspension training straps, kettle bells, undulating ropes, kick boxing, yoga, tires and any other means we can come up with to keep your body guessing and dropping fat while building beautiful, fat burning, metabolism enhancing muscle.  You’ll never be bored or see the same workout twice!

          2.  Cardiovascular training: Your cardiovascular fitness will be challenged each class you attend.  But we don’t stop there.   As an added bonus, we will assign you “homework” to do on your own for 20-30 minutes 3 additional days a week.

          As your body loses excess weight and you get stronger, you will find that participating in physical activity outside of the gym becomes compelling.  Our members look for any excuse  to “Take it to the Streets!”

          3. Nutritarian Education: Ever get confused by all of the conflicting information out there regarding dieting and healthy eating?  We have taken all of the confusing and
          contradicting information out there and have developed a plan that will change your MIND and subsequently your actions by enabling you to approach food differently.

          Become empowered by learning what, how much and when to feed your body the foods you need to hold off age-related diseases and cancer and function at an optimal level.  No more feeling exhausted and run down!  Treat your body and skin to anti-aging nutrients through your every day food choices.

          We’ve done the research so that you can reap the benefits of the harnessing the power of food instead of it imprisoning you!

          Commit yourself to learning to live the lifestyle of a Nutritarian.

          Your enrollment fee includes  the book, Eat to Live  and an online membership to our own  “Eat To Live, Lakeland”  forum that includes recipes, articles, health assessments and more to facilitate your lifestyle change.

          In addition, each Boot Camp Session will include a Table Talk to reinforce your learning from the prior day.

          4.  Social Community and Support

          Your fellow Strategic Boot Camp recruits will become important advocates in your quest for optimal health and wellness.  Veterans serve as a sounding board and the exchange of ideas is crucial to developing the habit patterns that will guide your daily choices.

          You are surrounded by a community of folks just like you that are forging a new healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families.  Get involved.  Share your experiences, successes, obstacles, recipes and ideas!

          Details and Pricing

          Our boot camp sessions run for 6 weeks with a week off between each session. Normally we will offer a FREE bonus workout during our off week in which you can bring family and friends.

          We offer 3 day a week boot camp sessions that meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at your choice of 0500, 0900, or 1800.

          If you don't see a time that works with your schedule please contact us, we may have a small group that you could join, or you can gather your own group of friends and have your own personalized Strategic Boot Camp experience.  We also offer personal training.

          When signing up for boot camp, you will sign up for the session that is most convenient for you you plan to attend the majority of the  6 weeks.  If you miss a class, you are welcome to attend one of the other sessions.  .

          Classes will have a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 12.

          $225 for members of Gold's gym
          $265 for Non-members.

          Payments are due at the start of the first day of Camp.  Checks, Cash and CC accepted. (CC will be assessed a 4% additional fee.)

          Keep in mind when signing up for boot camp that it is our policy not to carry over unused sessions or days. If your  current schedule will not allow you to attend most of your sessions, then you might consider signing up at another time, or choosing one of our other small group or personal training options.

          Of course when you consider the incredible results you will get, the free nutritional training, the free community support, the free success coaching, the free bonus workout, the fun, unique and different workouts every time you show up a proven program...you can attend just half of your sessions and you would still get your money's worth. 

          So, if you can't attend all of your workouts, don't sweat it. You are going to get more than you ever thought possible.
